Arantxa Diaz Krauss, Esq.

Biography

Arantxa Diaz Krauss was born and raised in Lima, Peru and moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 2006. Before pursuing a career in law, she attended the University of South Florida earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in International Studies. During her time at USF, Arantxa interned at the Hillsborough County Commissioner’s Office, where she worked as a legislative aide. She then went on to attend Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, she began developing her litigation skills by attending multiple trial advocacy classes and becoming a member of the NSU Trial Association. During law school, she also worked as a law clerk at the Broward State Attorney’s Office, as well as for multiple law firms which focused their practice in the areas of civil and family law.

Prior to opening Hardwick & Krauss, PLLC, Arantxa gained invaluable skills litigating and trying numerous civil cases in the areas of family law, injunctions, debt collection, creditor’s rights, evictions, and contract law.

Arantxa is a very caring and compassionate attorney that strives to provide her clients with the best representation and results possible; while also focusing on her client’s unique circumstances and goals. Arantxa is a native Spanish speaker, who loves traveling and cooking.
